  13. I have a 286 WYSE PC that was given to me, without any documentation,
  14. and a Hayes compatible external modem.

  16. I'm not sure what to do to make the computer recognize the presence of
  17. the modem.  How do I change the IRQ settings, if I need to?  Do I need
  18. to add something to the config.sys file?   Or????
  19.  
  20. I am running DOS ver. 3.x and will be using MSWorks Comm. software
  21. once I get it going.
